The Membership Application is below - Please note the following:
  • A $25 Fee will be imposed for ALL renewing member applications post marked after June 1, 2011.
  • Complete the membership application, which includes the signed release form, volunteer information sheet, and include a check made payable to HHSA. 
  • Mail to the Membership Chairperson per the instruction on the application.  Once we receive your membership application, you will be included on the mailing lists for prize lists for each show.
  • You must provide emergency contact information and the application must be signed by an adult if the participant/member is under 18 years of age.  Please note that any application received without this imformation will be deemed unacceptable.   This will also be enforced at all HHSA shows.  A parent must sign all entries forms/application in order for the participant to compete and be eligible for year end awards.
  • It is recommended that you apply for a family membership as anyone under the age of 18 does not have voting powers.  As a parent member, you will be able to vote on behalf of your child/ family at our open  meetings.

In addition:
  • To Qualify for High Score Awards in Hunter/Pleasure Divisions, the Animal must be registered with the Association and the Owner/Lessor must be a member in good standing with the Association.
  • To Qualify for High Score Awards in the Equitation Divisions, the Rider must be a Registered Member of the Association.
  • A Rider/Horse must be a Registered Member no later than July 31st to Qualify for year end awards.
